In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and contribute to cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of technology. Your responsibilities will include designing aerospace battery management systems, serving as a senior subject matter expert, and developing certifiable advanced power management, protection, and distribution components. You'll also have the chance to generate and review system and board-level schematics, evaluate electric components, and develop electrical and control models of battery systems.

We're looking for candidates who are passionate about innovation and possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering along with 7+ years of related experience. You should have a strong understanding of fundamental electrical engineering principles and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software is required.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in electrical engineering, experience with aerospace applications of high voltage electric propulsion and energy storage systems, and FAA Certification experience.
